Reviews are mixed on this chainster with a location outside of Downtown that "requires driving"; proponents praise "awesome beds", "free parking" and "friendly" service, but sleepyheads are sour from a "bad night" since you can "hear your neighbors watch TV, open and shut doors and walk" the "stinky hallways" through the "paper-thin walls", plus the myriad maintenance issues ("defective keys", "nonfunctional Internet", "nonworking treadmill") put a real damper on one's stay.

I thought the beds were very comfortable and very nice, clean bedding.
My daughter attends law school in Madison. We wanted to spend a day with her and our son who was home for a visit after his deployment from the United States Air Force. I went on priceline and bid on a hotel. We had an accepted bid at the Sheraton with a great price too! The hotel was very clean and had very comfortable beds. I will definitely tell my friends to try priceline when booking a room at a hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds are the best! The workout facility was very good.

Comfortable, pleasant room; friendly desk staff.
Lobby was very cold. I tried 4 different locations to read the morning paper, had to retreat to my room. Could use a little more wall decorations.
Comfortable, stylishly decorated rooms, and public spaces. Friendly and competent staff. Had the feeling of being well taken care of!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel had a shuttle to take us to game and other sites.
The hot tub could have been a little warmer.

Staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to give directions.
I did not like the thermostat and how the heat blowed out cold air. The heater was also very loud after it kicked on which made it harder to sleep.
This was my first time staying at the Sheraton, but it will definitely not be my last. However, it would have been nice to have a fridge or at least a microwave in the room.
